Vinyl Home Varna began life as a Facebook page on 24 May 2017 and opened as a physical shop exactly one year later, on 24 May 2018, on Boulevard Knyaz Boris I. It was set up to bring together everyone in Varna who cares about records and analogue sound, and it has done that: the genre index runs from Afrobeat, avantgarde and beatdown through cool jazz, dancehall, deep house, doom metal, free jazz, gospel, grindcore, industrial, Italo-disco, post-punk, rocksteady, roots reggae, salsa, surf and tango.
