Drew Mitchell and Tim Unsell opened 606 Records at 18th and Allport in Pilsen in October 2015, with the stated ambition of making the neighbourhood somewhere collectors would come on purpose. It is a record shop and a label at once, and the buying goes wide but favours what they call dark horse labels - small operations from anywhere in the world that most shops would not carry
