Alison's Record Shop is a family-owned Nashville store built on vintage vinyl, and it reckons it offers the greatest selection anywhere in Davidson County - hundreds of records running from rock and metal to 80s new wave and R&B. It specialises in LPs with a limited selection of 45s and CDs, and most records do not make it to the shelves unless they get a very good grade from staff. They also sell turntables, amplifiers and speakers from Music Hall, DALI, Magnepan, Bryston and Marantz, buy records with a competitive offer, and run an online store and an eBay page whose stock differs from what is in the shop.
