Amager Records deals in second hand vinyl at Amagerbrogade 135, curated hard across rock, psych, jazz, soul and funk, indie, hip hop, metal and classical, from rarities to solid classics at every price. Every record in the shop is ultrasonically cleaned, and they will clean yours too. They buy collections in most genres, take their time over the valuation and pay about 25 per cent of the assessed sale price in cash, or roughly half in trade. There is organic coffee, beer and wine, and sitting with a glass is the point whether or not you play records at home. The shop has also become an active music venue on Amager, staging gigs by established artists and new names in its own tight room.
