Glas & Bohne was founded in Leipzig in spring 2017 to break down the line between a conservative optician and a comfortable cafe: no overwhelming walls of frames, proper time for advice, and while you are there you can listen to whatever is playing, dig through the record crates and drink good coffee. Sustainability runs through it, and they can tell you the story behind almost everything in the room, fittings included. Free Freifunk wi-fi and a Recup deposit cup scheme come as standard.
