BCore Disc is, by its own account, the only independent label in Barcelona with thirty years unbroken behind it, having released its first record, Corn Flakes' No Problem, in 1990. Its shop sells its own catalogue and more, and the label's history doubles as a history of Spanish independent rock seen from the punk and hardcore ghetto: committed, honest, hard music that never depended on the mainstream industry it kept its distance from. Bands, editions, concerts and streams all run from the same base.
