Bigfoot's House of Vinyl has been family owned and operated in downtown Bremerton, Washington since 2022. The family moved to Bremerton in 2020, into the middle of the shutdowns, and found the town had no record store at all, so they opened one with the stated purpose of building somewhere for people to be in a room together. It hosts live in-store performances by local musicians, listening parties, fundraisers and local events, takes special orders for anything not on the shelf, and lists its inventory on Discogs.
