Blue Desert Music was opened in the autumn of 2009 by Bjorn Soderqvist on Ostra Forstadsgatan 33 in Malmo, about 100 metres from Varnhemstorget, and it trades the way record shops used to: nothing here is deleted or gone from the shelf. The staff have been in the business since 1988 and will dig through several forums and channels to track down what you are after, new or second-hand, on CD or vinyl, even if all you can remember is a line of the lyrics. Orders are delivered worldwide, not only within Sweden.
