Collectors Direct on Bernard Avenue is the Kelowna shop that traded as Underground Music from 2010, was acquired by Ed Martens in 2018 and became a fixture of the city's Cultural District for vinyl, CDs, memorabilia and posters. Since the Collectors Direct name launched in 2020 it has worked as storefront, warehouse and distribution hub in one, adding turntables, speakers and amplifiers, and it now covers both Kelowna and Vernon. Rock and pop, hip hop, jazz and folk lead the shelves, and there is a grading guide and a sell-to-us page.
