Dead Dog Records on Church Street keeps new and used vinyl filed by genre, from pop, rock, punk and ska through hardcore and metal to jazz, hip-hop, soundtracks, electronic, R&B and soul, funk and disco, country, folk, blues, world and reggae, with Blue Note's Tone Poet and 80 reissue series on shelves of their own. Local artists get their own racks on vinyl, CD, cassette and 45, every member of staff posts a top five, and turntables, needles, sleeves and storage are sold alongside.
