Vinyl HST is the record shop in Stralsund and its shelves split two ways. One side is audiophile pressings: Clearaudio, Speakers Corner, MFSL, TACET, Pure Pleasure, Analogue Productions and Berliner Meisterschallplatten, plus limited 7-inch singles, coloured and picture vinyl and 45rpm LPs. The other is a proper East German catalogue, with Amiga, Eterna, Litera and Kreisel, Amiga 7-inch EPs, flexi discs and shelves of fairy tale and children's records. Genres run jazz, blues, pop, rock, hard rock, hip hop, classical, punk, folk and country, electronic, soul and soundtracks, and every Record Store Day drop since 2022 gets its own section. CDs, cassettes and DVDs too.
