Echobeat is the record shop in Aschaffenburg's inner city, on the Rossmarkt, open Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 18:00. The boards list jazz, rock and pop, independent and alternative, gothic, darkwave and industrial, punk, black and death metal, reggae and dub, funk and soul, electronic (techno, house, drum and bass, ambient), avantgarde, classical, soundtracks and world music, on CD and vinyl, new and used. Anything not on the shelf can usually be ordered, and you can put a record on before committing to it. As a proper record shop should, it also carries fanzines, magazines, merch and music DVDs. Selling to them is by appointment: phone or email first.
