Flur sits on the Lisbon riverfront and is, as far as anyone writing about it can tell, close to the only record shop in the world that opens practically onto the water. Thirteen years in that spot, with a stock covering the full range of what diggers want, and a programme that goes well past retail: concerts, performances, film screenings and conferences. It runs a label, Holuzam, putting out experimental and electronic music. No founding year is published anywhere we could verify
