Francesco and Alex moved Hidden Sounds to Ridley Road in July 2020, onto the first floor up a winding staircase, above one of London's oldest market streets among the fabric stalls and food. The split is roughly half new releases and half second-hand, and the buying runs house and techno, ambient and experimental, world and reggae, jazz, funk and disco and synth records - strongest in afro, electric and balearic obscurities, with dub techno and prog on either side of it
