Joe Records opened in 2015, before the return to the turntable was even a trend, and keeps a collection of 15,000 vinyl covering alternative, indie, electronica, rock, funk and garage through hip hop, jazz, latin, metal, new wave and hardcore punk. The shop sits at 134 Karaiskaki in a neighbourhood busy day and night, mixing new releases and collector editions with used LPs, CDs and cassettes in mint condition. There are turntables from Audio Technica, Dual, Pro-Ject and Rega to take home too, plus cartridges, headshells, speakers and merch.
