KILLACUTZ is a second-hand record shop on Nieuwe Nieuwstraat in Amsterdam, open seven days a week from 10 until 6, and you can listen before you buy. The specialism is electronic music of every stripe, Chicago house, Detroit techno, deep house, UK tech house, garage and drum and bass, inside a collection of more than 3,000 records that also holds represses and classics of pop, rock, soul, funk, hip hop, jazz and reggae. New records land weekly. The Discogs side is a separate database of around 15,000 titles, with more than 35,000 records sold and over 6,500 reviews, virtually all of them positive. Dewey and Richard have over fifty years between them working Amsterdam record shops and importing, and they will come to you to value a collection of house, garage, techno, soul, funk, hip hop, drum and bass, electro, disco, italo, bebop or early trance.
