Low Port Music is Linlithgow's local independent record shop and, by its own reckoning, the only independent record store in West Lothian. The genre index it files stock under is enormous, running from Americana, bluegrass and blues through classical, country, disco, dub and reggae, electronica, house and techno, folk, funk and soul, grime, hip-hop, indie and Britpop, black and death metal, garage punk and hardcore, soundtracks and world music. It works the record calendar hard: Record Store Day every year going back to 2022, National Album Day and Black Friday drops, plus a standing pre-order list. It will also take your collection off your hands.
