Lucky Records has been on Rue de la Verrerie in the Marais since 1991, doing something no other shop in this directory does: pop collectables, taken seriously. The racks are organised around artists rather than genres - Madonna, Mylène Farmer, Kylie Minogue, Sylvie Vartan, David Bowie, the Pet Shop Boys, Michael Jackson - and stock the picture discs, foreign pressings and promo twelves that a genre-sorted shop would never file separately. Both CDs and vinyl. There is a second shop in Lyon.
