Main Street Vinyl has been part of Downtown Burlington since it opened in November 2016, and Ed and Kate Meyer took over as owners in October 2023. It stocks new and used vinyl across every genre, from rock and classic rock to jazz, blues, hip-hop, R&B, pop, indie, country, folk, electronic and soundtracks, with new releases and classic pressings sitting side by side, plus turntables from beginner to audiophile, stereo gear and accessories. There is a record cleaning service, an events calendar with Downtown Listening Parties, and they buy records.
