Marble Records has been going since 2004 above exit 4 at Kamimaezu in Naka-ku, Nagoya, a CD shop built on hardcore, reggae rock and the arty end of punk rock, with limited vinyl pressings and self-released discs from bands sitting beside them. It doubles as the home of PICTUREMOUSE, whose shirts and artwork it sells and takes commissions for, and the owner's own line sums the place up: a CD store in the daytime, an art studio at night. Open 12:00 to 20:00, closed Wednesdays.
