Mezurashiya runs four shops out along the Chuo Line, in Kokubunji and Tachikawa - well outside the central record districts, which is part of why people make the trip. Open every day, eleven till eight. It buys as seriously as it sells, and pays particular attention to Japanese pressings that still have their obi intact.
