Normals Books and Records on E 31st Street serves up what it calls a heady cultural brew of books, records, CDs, DVDs and magazines, and reckons it has survived many janky economies, The Great Recession, The Kindle Delusion and The Massive Beige Downloading. They buy books and records, and sometimes CDs and DVDs, Tuesday through Saturday from 12 to 5, but call or talk to them in person before you haul anything in.
