Off-Center Records & Collectibles began as a small corner kiosk in 1988-89 in a short-lived multi-vendor shop in the former Boston Store, and moved to its Bleecker Street home in Downtown Utica in 1992. Its owner, John Keller, has been involved in music since he was nine, and after years of travelling to record shows he built a permanent home for the stock. Vinyl, posters and concert items, run by someone who has done it a lifetime.
