Plaid Room Records on West Loveland Avenue, in a suburb on the east side of Cincinnati, is a new and used record store and the home of Colemine Records, the soul and funk 45s label whose reissues turn up in DJ bags worldwide. New and used LPs, CDs, cassettes, turntables and apparel fill the shop, open seven days a week, and having a nationally significant label run out of the back room is what sets it apart from any other suburban shop.
