Plattenzimmer runs a live programme out of all proportion to the size of Altotting: psychedelic jazz rock from Oslo, Mississippi delta blues by way of Italy, jangle power-pop and indie rock from Vienna, Irish singer-songwriters, garage punk, no-wave and the Concrete Jungle DIY hardcore and punk festival. Between gigs come pub quizzes, a chess tournament, open airs on the car park and shows staged with Lightning Bird e.V.
