Family-owned and operated since 1974, Record Stop began as a small chain of record stores on Long Island and now trades from 30 Railroad Ave in Patchogue, just miles from the original Lake Ronkonkoma location. It specialises in new and used vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray, turntables and music accessories, and sells online through its own store, Discogs, Amazon and eBay. A second location opened in Charleston, South Carolina in 2018. Their line: all you need is love and a turntable.
