Recycled Records is a second-hand retail music store that has served Reno, Sparks and Northern Nevada since 1978, now trading from a single shop at 4048 Kietzke Lane after more than 20 years in Midtown. The first store opened in 1978 and was bought in late 1980 by Paul Doege, who retired in 2019 to travel; longtime employees Eric and Kyle joined old friend and past employee Mike to carry the tradition on. They love connecting people with great music on CD, tape and vinyl, and are proud of an extensive collection and knowledgeable staff. Open Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am and Sunday from noon.
