Rise has been on Queens Road at the top of the Clifton Triangle since 2009, and it is the hang-out end of Bristol record shopping rather than the head-down-digging end. Classic reissues, rock, pop and dance from boutique labels and majors, racked alongside books and vintage clothing, with a cafe and an events space that turns the shop into a venue on the right night. Collectors of every stripe end up here because it is the one Bristol shop you can spend two hours in without buying anything and not feel odd about it.
