Sidetracks Music was established in 2003 at 216 West Water Street in Charlottesville and has moved twice in the years since under the Glattfelder family, first three doors down to 218 West Water Street in 2008, then again in 2014. Local and collectible vinyl is the speciality, alongside CDs and box sets, and it will help with mail order for anyone who cannot get to the shop. It runs events and publishes its own best-of lists.
