Slam has been on the Schulterblatt in the Schanzenviertel by the Rote Flora since 1989, which makes it one of the oldest independents in Hamburg. New and second-hand across classic rock, metal, jazz, soul, blues, alternative, punk and folk. It also runs regular exhibitions of artists and photographers and sells the work - modern graphics, pop art, photography - so the walls change while the racks stay put
