The official store for SM Entertainment's roster, and it is stocked by artist rather than by genre: BoA, TVXQ!, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT, WayV, SuperM, aespa, RIIZE and Hearts2Hearts all get their own shelf. The music section runs CDs, DVDs and more, with new albums like BoA's eleventh, Crazier, and EXO's eighth, REVERXE, listed beside them. Around that sit printed photos and photo books, official fanlights and concert goods, then living, beauty, stationery, fashion and customised phone cases. Pre-orders are a big part of the counter, bulk orders are handled separately, and the site runs in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.
