Robert runs Melbourne Backline, the live-music equipment hire business; when Covid ended live music overnight he started buying and selling used records online to keep the lights on, it took off, and on 1 April 2022 he and his wife Catherine opened Sonic Rendezvous on High Street in Northcote.
