Sound Exchange on N. Milby St is one of Houston's oldest music stores, open since 1979 and buying and selling records for the entire 40 years. It also buys, sells and repairs turntables of nearly all brands and types, and is the only place in Houston that repairs idler drive Dual turntables. No appointment is ever needed to sell your records or drop off a deck, and the shop is open 11am to 7pm seven days a week. They are especially interested in buying rock, soul, jazz, psychedelic and punk, and love music from around the world, particularly Mexico, South America, Africa, India and Japan.
