Swamp Music runs its second-hand operation from Verkatehtaankatu 11 in Tampere, with a second address on Tuomiokirkonkatu. The used lists are updated roughly every week and the grading is spelled out in public, from Mint down through Excellent, Very Good and Good to a Poor the shop cheerfully translates as record and sleeve knackered. Hundreds of records never make the website, which is their argument for turning up in person. Vinyl covers alt and punk, pop and rock, metal, Finnish releases, blues, hip hop, jazz, reggae, rockabilly, soundtracks, soul and funk and world music, with CDs, DVDs, books, shirts and Funko Pops besides. Open weekdays 11 to 18, Saturdays 10 to 15.
