Swamp Music runs out of two addresses in Tampere, Tuomiokirkonkatu 17 and Verkatehtaankatu 11, the second-hand side keeping weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Vinyl and CDs are racked by genre - alt and punk, pop and rock, metal, Finnish, blues, hip hop, jazz, reggae, rockabilly, soundtracks, soul and funk, industrial, world music and K-pop - with DVDs, shirts, books and accessories filling the rest. The used lists get refreshed roughly weekly and come graded from Mint down to POOR, which the shop defines as record and sleeve in ruins. Hundreds more vinyl never make it onto the website, so the advice is to come in and look, or just ask. There is a wanted list too, so they are buying.
