Since 2010, Sweet Spot Audio and Records has been a staple in the Clear Lake area. Nigel and Cathy Harrison built a customer base that wanted an old school record shop; after about six years Steve Laufer and Stuart Skeeter, customers and vinyl collectors themselves, bought it to keep the local shop going, and in 2021 long time customer Bart Roberts took over the store. The bins are a great selection of quality vintage vinyl with a small collection of new reissues, and they will gladly place special orders or hunt down a rare title. Alongside the records there is new and used audio equipment including receivers, amps, turntables and speakers. They are constantly buying vinyl, no appointment needed.
