Technique Records is an independent record store founded in 2017 in the Upper East Side, Shorecrest and Miami Shores district, with over 20,000 used and new records in-store. It specialises in rare, out of print and imported vinyl and 45s, plus cassettes, cult movies, books and accessories. The bins run through alternative and new wave, punk and hardcore, industrial and synth, electronic, house, techno, disco, jazz, free jazz, latin jazz, funk, soul and R&B, hip-hop and rap, garage, psych and krautrock, dub and reggae, metal, rockabilly, ska, soundtracks, world and locals. They sell records and they buy them, with curated stacks and a Discogs storefront.
