Teuchtler opened in 1948 as one of the first places in Vienna where you could buy 7-inch shellac records, starting out in classical music, and it is still run by the same family three generations on. Seventy-odd years have widened it considerably: a large and genuinely organised second-hand stock across jazz, funk, soul, rock, classical and electronica. It is also the record shop in Before Sunrise, where Jesse and Celine listen to a record in the booth.
