The Dark Slide runs a skateboard shop and a record store out of the same room in Des Moines, Iowa, claiming the state's largest selection of skate gear alongside racks of vinyl. Decks, completes, trucks, wheels and pads sit next to used LPs, band tees and snowboard kit, with brand collabs running from Thrasher and Anti-Hero to Habitat's Pink Floyd boards, and the shop has teamed up with skateboarding legend Mike Vallely for drops of its own.
