Thelonious sells second-hand CDs and LPs with a particularly vast selection of jazz and classic rock, plus Russian and Lithuanian rock and folk, and rare items can be ordered in on request from an extensive searchable database. The other half of the shop is audio and video gear - amplifiers, speakers, CD, LP and cassette decks, tuners, music centres and retro radios - mostly used, but every piece checked by their own specialists and sold with a guarantee. The shop has also promoted its own concerts.
