Time Bomb Records was founded in Amerikamura, Shinsaibashi, in 1990 and moved to Yotsubashi and Minamihorie in December 2019, later opening a branch store on the basement floor of the same building. It deals in rare originals, reissues and new releases across blues, R&B and doo wop, 60s and 70s ska, reggae and dub, 60s and 70s soul and funk, 50s rock and roll, rockabilly and oldies, girl sounds and Phil Spector, 60s to 80s rock and pop and beat psych, 80s garage punk and pub rock, neo rockabilly and psychobilly, punk and hardcore, Oi and skins, melodic and emo, new wave, alternative and indie pop, jazz and exotica, and Japanese rock and pop.
