Tulla is the first record shop in Albania, and it sits inside the Tulla Culture Centre in Tirana rather than standing alone - a shop attached to a venue and a programme, which is how a scene gets built somewhere that did not have one. Records across rock, electronic, jazz and Albanian releases.
