Velona Records is an independent record shop in the centre of Thessaloniki, established in 2017 by two friends who shared a dream of building the place. It ships across Greece and abroad and lists more than 1,400 vinyl records, spread across metal, classic and progressive rock, hip hop, alternative and indie, folk and country, funk, soul and blues, classical, new wave, psychedelia, punk, jazz, reggae and soundtracks. Books, merch and pre-orders round out the racks.
