Vinylny Chalavek - the Vinyl Man - is in a basement off Chapayeva in Minsk, through the left-hand entrance, and it deals in both new pressings and old ones. Belarus is not a country with much of a record trade left, so a shop that stocks current releases alongside the second-hand racks and will post them out is doing more work than its size suggests.
