Vinyl Street Co. on Post Road in Fairfield buys and sells new and used vinyl as the town's local independent record store. It was formerly Vinyl Street Cafe, and as the shop puts it, still your local independent record store, just without the coffee. Open Wednesday through Sunday with appointments available during off-hours if you call or message ahead, plus eBay and Discogs storefronts, gift certificates, stickers, events and giveaways, and a room it calls the Third Room. Visit in store for a lot more inventory than the online listings show.
