Vinyloteka sits on Tilto in the old town, a short walk from the cathedral, and is the largest record shop in Lithuania and one of the largest in the Baltics. New and second-hand across more or less everything - jazz, hip-hop, indie, alternative, soul and funk, classical, electronic and world - plus CDs and cassettes, and a deep ECM section priced better than most of Europe manages.
