Wah Wah opened in the Raval in 1992, a small shop with an enormous reach: originals and reissues from every scene - blues, jazz, soul, funk, R&B, garage, psych, prog, rockabilly, punk, indie, soundtracks - and a reputation that brings diggers to Barcelona from all over the world. In 1999 its owner Jordi Segura started reissuing records under Wah Wah Supersonic Sounds, beginning with Attilio Mineo's 1962 Man in Space with Sounds, and turned a shop into one of the serious names in the global reissue market.
