0cc has been on the back street running parallel to Hakusan-dori in Jimbocho since the company was founded in August 2005, dealing in used records across a deliberately unspecialised spread. It is also, without much explanation, an importer of Nepalese and Peruvian wool and cotton goods - jackets, caps, gloves and shawls share the shop with the record racks. Much of the buying is done on the road through a house-call collection service, and seven-inch singles came back into stock in March 2025 after a gap
