Zzz opened in the fall of 2000 and calls itself Des Moines, Iowa's longest running independent record store. It has always carried a large selection of new and used records, tapes and CDs, and a good deal more besides. The doors are open seven days: Sunday and Monday noon to 6, Tuesday to Friday 11 to 6, Saturday 10 to 6. There is a Square site to shop from as well.
